Battle Bucks is head-to-head naval strategy: place your fleet, track prior shots, and sink the other player's ships before they sink yours.
How to play Battle Bucks
- 1Place your ships. Drag to position, tap to rotate. Tap Submit.
- 2Take turns attacking. Tap a square to shoot. Hit = go again. Miss = turn ends.
- 3Track hits and sinks. Sunk ships appear on the main grid.
- 4Win by sinking all enemy ships first.
Battle Bucks rules
Each player places their ships on their own grid. Drag a ship to move it, tap it to rotate it, then tap Submit.
Players take turns attacking a square on the other player's grid. A hit gives you another shot. A miss ends your turn. Sunk ships appear on the main grid, and the first player to sink every enemy ship wins.
Battle Bucks strategy
Spread your ships out and avoid obvious patterns such as lining every ship along one edge. Ships that touch can be easier to find after the first hit.
On offense, search the grid in a spaced pattern instead of firing at random. After a hit, check the squares next to it until you find the direction of the ship. Because a hit gives you another shot, following up on a hit quickly is often the fastest way to finish a ship.
