WagrGames Inc. operates the Wagr app and website and publishes the iOS app on the App Store. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are public at wagr.co, and support is available in the app.
Who can play
You must be at least 18 years old and physically located in the United States. Cash contests are available only where Wagr offers them, and Wagr is not available in some states. The state availability hub shows where cash contests are currently offered.
Free Stars formats let you try the games without a deposit.
Location and identity checks
Wagr verifies your location when you play a cash contest. Before a withdrawal, you must complete identity verification (KYC). These checks keep cash play to eligible players in places where Wagr offers it.
Wagr also uses automated and manual fraud detection. Bots, multiple accounts, and collusion between players are prohibited and can lead to a permanent ban.
How withdrawals work
Eligible cash winnings are credited to your balance. After identity verification, you can request a withdrawal to a bank account (ACH), a debit card, or a credit card.
Many withdrawals are processed quickly once your identity is verified. The Terms of Service allow up to 5–10 business days, subject to review. US players may receive tax forms where required.
